Natya Svaruup is a presentation of Bharatanatyam, one of the most celebrated traditional dance forms from India that has its roots going back to more than 2500 years. It is based on the ancient treatise of Indian dance and combines pure dance and expressive mime. The artists include students of Kalakriti School of Bharatanatyam. There will also be performance by Thai Dance Group here in Albuquerque.
